Leaf fans are loyal even though leaks suck now, there fans are not going too jump ship. My cousins live 45 min from ottawa and there still leaf fans. It would take 10 years for the kids around there to grow up and become there fans. Halifax would be a better city although like Hamltion both cities are to small for a team. I thought Ottawa is having money problems too. Sorry my canadian friends, It would be better to just let them go out of business.
